Photo shoot..

Jody, my traveling nomad buddy, is a freelance photographer who used to have her own photo tour trekking company in Anchorage. She sold and is now targeting stock footage of seniors as tourists. Reluctantly, I am one of those - by chronological age only. And my van is a natural vehicle (pardon the pun) for some photos. Plus we staged me getting in a flightseeing plane, going to our famous botanical garden, and reading a book by the grand fountain at our public library. Then in the evening we spent time posing and shooting during the spectacular sunset. So interesting how the light changes during our golden hour of sunset on the buildings of Anchorage and the inlet waters. Fascinating to essentially watch slow motion in action. The van was lit inside drawing lots of looky-loos who raved about the van. I was so proud to say that my son built it with a little help from his mom.. Everyone was duly impressed. The photos are remarkable, beautiful… It was a fun day..
